My new (to me) 1955 B3 is coming back from BBOrgan. It get's here tomorrow.
I've got to get it down a flight of stairs into my basement. Any takers?
Really though, any tricks to getting these babies up/down stairs? I was
thinking about putting the organ on 2x4's and attaching cardboard underneath
the 2x4's to slowly slide it down with the help of a few guys? Anyone try
that before, or is it just brute strength, one stair at a time, and a few
slipped discs in the making?

On a more serious note, thanks to all who have helped educate me on the
Hammond. Bill Brown said I'm in for a real treat, that it was an organ that
he'd be damn proud to own. We'll find out what that means tomorrow!
