The 330 is a great unit for live performance. It will have a more authentic sound than the motion sound and is loud enough to cut thru many live situations. You are correct it can be easily converted as well. It is similar to the 760 but with less power and is not bi-amped. Since it has 11 pin configuration it is more compatible with more modern keyboards that have leslie outputs. I would think with your Xk-3 you can dial up a little tube grit for it. Let us know if you get it.
