You just go to paypal, click “payment for goods” (or navigate to a similar item) and insert Guido’s email address; or just email Guido and ask him what email to send payment to.  I didn’t purchase on the NEO site, I  just did it through my Paypal account.  It showed up 5 days later.

I'm sold :) now how do I use paypal to neo instruments their site has no purchase or paypal options?
Guido said $450 + ~50 DHL. He is out until Oct 25 / Not responding to email.
