That's good to know!  I know my XK1 and XM module both got that message within a month of purchase, and they told me to bring it back (to the factory) and exchanged units.  They said it was not user-servicable, but as I recall now, that may have had something more to do with software than the battery itself (which shouldn't have been weak that soon after purchase).
 
Nice!!!  $4 battery and 30 minutes of labor; beats a trip to a Service Center at $80 per hour any time!
