I'll expand then too, since there was only one other "clone" I ever owned.

I've used a few but the T1 got to the point where I had to fix it almost
every time I wanted to use it, so I switched to a Chopped B (literally, a
Model B) eventually I needed more sounds and less space so I switched to an
ESQ1 and Roland D70 with a U220 module tacked on.

The Organs sounded terrible tho, so in desperation, I gutted the old Crumar
and used the guts from an Aurora to build a clone. Too bad that Ventilator
thing didn't exist back then...

Cheers!

First Clone: Back in 1982 I had a Roland VK-1; used to run it through a
Leslie 122, with a Combo Preamp. Prior to that, I used the organ sound on my
ARP Quartet - through the same Combo Pre/Leslie. I used that mostly for a
folk/rock band - where I did a lot of strings/organ backing stuff for the
lead singer/pianist. The ARP / Leslie sounded great for that gig - due
mostly to the 'moving air'.

I had an OB3 2 module back in 1998-2000. Not a bad little clone box at all;
sounded great, at the time, through my Motion Sound R3 147. The sim on OB3 2
was ok; worked fine for backing keys on a couple of church gigs I did in
'99.
