Subject:OT-Santana Concert 1970- really good!!

This is another link to Wolfgang's Vault.
This is a Santana concert one year after Woodstock. Nothing
from Abraxas yet.
Organ is good in the mix but for me the best was the version of "Treat" from
the 1st album. Greg Rollie doing that piano jam Gm7-C7.
It's a great version. I forgot how much that song influenced me. I have a
song called "Soul Warmer" that i recorded that uses a similar progression as
this. Didn't think of "Treat" as i was recording it!!
Anyway the miked piano sounds pretty good & it is some of Gregg Rollie's
best & rare piano playing. Sorry don't know how to do "tiny URL's
