I'm using an old cheapo Beringer UB802 and its fine--the power plug is very susceptible to getting pulled out; I duct tape mine.
I believe it has everything you'd need; 2 stereo channels, two mic inputs, phones, main and monitor outs.

I also use one in my studio for monitoring and noise is not a problem.
