Subject:Mixer recommendation please.

Can anybody recommend a small stereo mixer I can use at the playing position while gigging - I would like to feed my Nord Electro into it as well as another keyboard and probably a microphone. Then feed trhe whole thing into my amp, and/or send stereo output to FOH. It would be nice to have earphone output. I saw some info on the Behringer Stereo Monitor Matrix Mixer MON800, yet some reviewers claimed it generated noise.
