Great artist! Died because she took "phen phen" for obesity. Caused her to
develp pulmonary hypertension which killed her. The drug was withdrawn from the market. Her family got millions in compensation. Too bad Ms. Scott did not benefit...her original tone was unmistakable.

What a pitty !

In these times she would get better diagnosis and safer prescriptions (i.e. Metformin ) for the usually diagnosed visually.

This is not medical advice , just sharing with you all the above article and that in my case was prescribed by a endocrinologist to take Metformin daily to prevent diabetes and a as bonus to lose those extra pounds.
