Subject:Ventilator "Coast" Mode

I have a question on the ventilator deceleration. I would assume when going from Fast to Slow you get deceleration times similar to a real leslie. The slow motor is what slows down the upper and lower quickly.

Question: If going from Fast to "off" (not slow) if you get that really really.... really slow deceleration of the lower rotor. Jimmy McGrif was great for this and I use this effect a lot. Then, pushing in the upper drawbars to not hear the stale upper already stopped upper rotor and the very slowly winding down lower rotor due to lack of slow motor engagement. I guess this is similar function as a single speed leslie with only tremolo and off. Thanks in advance.
