Before I bought my Level 5 Tony suggested a couple of driver/speaker options that he had already matched with the system. He asked me a few questions about the kind of playing I do, and then recommended a combination. I know I have a JBL D140F in the bass position, and I honestly don't recall which driver I ended up with. I'm certain the speaker choice has a whole lot to do with why it sounds as good as it does. Considering how important speakers are to the whole equation, I would frankly hesitate to use speakers with this amp just because you already own them.

As far as pricing goes, I've never seen the cost separated out by components. You'd have to give Tony a call.

The phone number on the web site is the only one I've ever used - (630) 205-4807. I myself have not had any trouble getting hold of him.
