Subject:E3-C1/C2 keyboard action

You all have probably addressed these questions so excuse me ahead of time:)

Does anyone know if the organ in the E3 has the C2 upgrades and is the action of the keyboard different? The adds say "medium weight" for both the E3 and the C series but I don't know if that means they are the same or not.
