Subject:Re: Midi Hammond Pedals

Hi Mike and all,

I'd say that if having it as un unsemblied kit, it would be marketeable quite better.

In these usual hefty items, shippping could be usually more expensive than the product itself.

I imagine a rectangular box (tall) and single keys (25) put there inside as spare pieces.

Hope that helps.

Glad if you let us know which would be MSRP

Best,

Rafael

Hi all,

I know the commercially available midi organ pedals are horribly expensive,
if you want 25 full length radiating pedals. On the other hand, old hammond
pedalboards are readily available, seem to go for $100 or less.

If you could buy a custom built portable contact box to mate to a set of
pedals, with midi-out. what would you pay for it? Assume the woodwork was
very good and the finish could be custom ordered to match your pedalboard.
The result would look basically the same as XK system pedals.

Just curious. I've built a prototype, wondering how marketable it might be.
