Subject:X-5, Low Volume

Hello,

I recently picked up a X-5. Although all the keys, switches and
drawbars work, the overall volume coming out is very soft. It's not
that some notes are softer than other, they are all evenly soft. I had
to crank the volume to 10 and my 200W Acoustic amp to 5 to get a
reasonable volume but at that point, it's just plain noisy

Is this normal? Is there a preamp in the organ that needs tweaking?
