NOPE-it's under the Ext Channel setting which must be set to E.
Then you get velocity.

In the C1 manual it says to set your MIDI send channel to E1 through E9.
The regular channels 1-16 don't transmit velocity. Does the C2 have those
extra MIDI channels?
