Yes, I once built a biamped Crown powered leslie with JBL drivers. It was
loud and very clean - had none of the growl that I love. These days I use a
600W per side QSC amp driving two high powered Speakeasy Roadboxes. The
growl is all there due to the Speakeasy AMA that I run before the power amp.
