I am biased, but I LOVE my C1 because it's very close in many respects to my 1961 A100.

People who own the Xk3 have said they can get a great sound, but you need to spend time tweaking it. The C1 sounds great out of the box.
Also, who wants to put an Xk3 system together for every gig - not me!
