You might consider the Leslie 2121 (or 2). It has a 15" speaker for frequencies below 800Hz and the same horn driver that is used in the rotating Leslies for frequencies above 800Hz. The 15" speaker may be the same as that used in the Leslie's, but I've not verified the part number. The driver in mine is the same as what was being used at the time mine was made.
