The B4D cannot be directly used, because the CC#'s are not the same --

B4D:
CC#12 = 16'
CC#13 = 5-1/3'
...
CC#20 = 1'

C1:
CC#16 = 16'
CC#17 = 5-1/3'
...
CC#24 = 1'

So, the first four DBs will do nothing, while the next five DBs will control the wrong settings. A mapping function is required, either through computer software, or a MIDI Solutions Event Processor. Please contact me offline if you are interested in the latter.
