Subject:PAT Testing

Can anyone here offer any advice on PAT Testing, as to what needs to be
tested and what doesnt?
My band has several gigs coming up where we have to have PAT
Certificates for all of our equipment. My Nord C1 is only a few months
old, so do you think this needs to be tested?. If so, then why don't
manufacturers provide a PAT Test certificate with new equipment. From
what i know, a PAT tester will test the gear with a PAT Test gizmo and
stick a label on the item, saying the date and who tested it. Why
doesnt new musical equipment come with a sticker like this?
