Well regarding the foldback point:
The highest tone wheel on any Hammond (as far as I know) is a sounding F#, no matter if you play an F# and it's the 9th (white 1') drawbar you pulled out or if it is used as a "dissonant" drawbar on any other note: the highest tone will always that F#. If you have harmonic foldback - it will fall back to a G an octave below when you play the key half a step higher.
