right now, in my experimental mode at home, I'm using a Sony 100W
ported unit, but I am working on plans to build a custom, higher
powered sub built into a matching cabinet to my 2101(at least
200-300w) to better match the power to my 2101. It will be a similar
concept to the new FlatPack series, 2-piece leslie setup for easy
portability.
The combined balanced power, with maximized headroom for all units
will give me enough headroom to equate that of a quality vintage 122.
If I need anything more than that, I'll mic it.....
