Subject:RIP Mitch Mitchell (and the JHE)

If you hadn't heard, Mitch Mitchell died yesterday, after finishing the last show on the Experience Hendrix Tour.

Gov't Mule last nite opened their show with "If 6 was 9" in tribute to Mitch. Mitch was a huge talent, and the perfect foil for Jimi, and the perfect complement. Sad to think though: this is the FIRST of all the great rock acts to be totally deceased. Sad, and sobering.
