Subject:Tube guitar amp for Leslie amp replacement

Hi, sorry if this is off topic.
I just purchased a trashed Leslie 900 ($60-I couldn't pass it up) and
am completely overhauling it. I'm thinking about replacing the
amplifier with a 60 watt vintage all-tube Mesa Boogie guitar head with
a passive crossover after it. Has anyone else done this before? I'm
wondering if I will have impedance or phase issues (etc.) when I plug
my clone into it, and if so, if these are easily fixed.
