Mike, If you want to make a leslie more portable I suggest you make the upper and lower sections in two seperate cabinets. I took an old tall leslie and did this to it. Also since I play bass through a seperate speaker I replaced the 15 inch with a 12 inch to make it lighter.

I'm sorry to be blunt guys but thats the power of the V5 the basic
organ tones are there. I find that when u put that baby through a real
leslie the sound is there. I've been using the Boss Rt20 for awhile
and have grown tired of this thing. A friend gave me last week a 122
leslie for free. Just like i did with building my own controller I
going to build my own leslie. I'm going to make sizable so i can get
it in my car. I'm going to post pics of it . Mike W.
