Subject:VK8m/ART preamp TPS II clips - more info please

I went to the files section to the audio clips of the VK8m and ART preamp.

What I heard there was a clone sound to be reckoned with. Since I have a
VK8m and have been happy with it for years, I am curious about this ART preamp.
From what I remember, these preamps were primarily designed as microphone
preamps. I don't really know much about them.

I am curious if there are at least bass and treble controls on it , how the
gain level is etc. A lot of clones have somewhat weak output stages so
hopefully this compensates for that.

The clips sound good. My guess it a lot of clone wheelers go for the more
grinding rock sound ala Jon Lord etc. which is kind of where the tone on this
clip is headed.

Assuming a leslie was used on these clips, how are you interfacing to the
leslie?

Any further info appreciated.
