I've looked at some of the feedback forums, and the #1 reason that sellers refuse to give feedback first is a fear that the customer will come back to scam them -- demands for additional support, etc. Personally, it all sounds bogus to me, but many of the sellers *claim* bad past experiences. As a seller, I always give feedback first. As a buyer, it varies.
