Well $2500 is not unreasonable for a single manual clone. If indeed they
could come up with a non-wood duo model that weighs under 75lbs for under
$3500 (street) then you are talking.

You can buy an XK3c and XLK for under $3000 (street). They would have to
come up with something in that range. I would pay a few hundred more if
there is that much difference in the sound and if the Leslie sim indeed
allows you to forgo a real leslie.

Again, If I'm spending that kind of change I'm getting one of my B's
chopped.
That price point puts that piece in the hands of folks other than gigging
musicians unless they're into high dollar tours and have unlimited dough for
gear.
Most of them have endorsements and never pay for the gear anyway.
So we're back to trying to market to the huge budget folks.
Why bother with a clinic if most of us won't pay the price for one? So we
can talk it up?
A clinic just to noodle around on one?
Nah. I don't have time for noodling around.
A) the price has to be REASONABLE and B) it has nail me in a few minutes.
