I called Keyboard Carriage and they sent me the form I needed to fill
out. I have submitted this form so my reservation is in the system now.
Here is the total cost of everything.

Leslie 122 - $799
4% PayPal fee - $31.96 (yes the seller required the winning bidder to
pay the PayPal fee)
KC Fee - $250
TOTAL - $1080.96

I still have my Leslie 45 and will now be looking to sell my Leslie 145
(aka 142 since it has a 122 amp) ASAP. If I get what I want for these
Leslie's, that should take care of the full amount. Both Leslies are
fully serviced (including the amp) so you won't have to spend any money
fixing them up. More details on that at a later date.
