I think everyone is right in this debate. Indeed every B3 is an
individual. I played for 40 years on the same organ (Lowery), and now
that it is dying a slow unavoidable death, I'm having to adjust to a
new one, a Roland clone. I miss some of the Lowery featuers, but now
I find that when I can get the old beast running, I miss some of the
Roland's features.

To critically watch someone who has played for many years and compare
his playing on something new, and lay all the fault on the instrument
is not really fair. As we get more experience on the new one we get
to know it and become one with it. To be fair we should watch him
play the Wersi after several decades of practice and then judge
between the two.

I is a huge undertaking to try to emulate an old genre of instruments
that was like a group of bottles of fine home made wine, each
different, aged, and impossible to copy exactly. In some ways the
clones are better. No matter what these companies come up with,
someone criticizes. To be honest the debate needs to include the cons
and the pros.
