Your definitely thinking in the right direction to rebuild - assuming yours
wasn't in the past (mods not withstanding) after all these years it "doesn't
owe you anything" as they say.

The 145 amp is the same as a 147 amp so you can find a schematic on the net,
caps can be had at major electronic supply houses. Keep in mind though that
as a "short" cabinet, it will have less bass output then it's taller cousins
and don't neglect the crossover and even the speakers.

Another caveat - if the treble driver ISN'T the original V21, then it may
not be a matter of weak bass so much as a matter of overbearing treble...
