Quite unlikely as the CX3 presumably is all-digital inside except for
the LINE OUT output stages. Of course if you replace a good power
supply with a bad one (for example one that creates lots of harmonics)
and the CX3 is not designed to cope with those harmonics you may get
adverse effects.
I can imagine that the tone of some analog guitar pedals may depend
somewhat on the ability of the power supply to provide a solid
constant voltage regardless of current drawn (and the absence or
presence of harmonics in the output voltage). If the power supply's
output voltage drops with larger current draws it might act kinda like
a compressor (but without gain compensation of course) but what
actually happens would depend totally on how the pedal responds to
drops in voltage.
