Are you absolutely 100% sure about that? The Korg Zero4
DJ mixer has
this in the specs:

Power Supply
AC Local Voltage via Three-Pronged IECC13 Power Cable
(Model D8B5518003B) ,

and this in the product description:

Finally, the power supply is a universal design that does not require an
AC adapter, ensuring that the world-traveling professional can get to
work immediately, assured of the highest level of performance.

(enphasis). So at least in this case the phrase appears to mean that the
Zero4 product will accept whatever local voltage you throw at it.

Even if it really does use a fixed voltage (which would be quite
uncommon for a year 2000 keyboard product) I would probably just open it
up and see if the power supply can be switched internally somehow. I'm
an electrical engineer so no problem there.
