Thanks for the responses - as far as I can tell, SONAR doesnt send
Local Off unless you set it up to do that on startup (its not
default). I'll see if I can find out what messages are being sent on
startup with something like MidiOX. The CX-3 is going thru a Midiman
Midisport 8x8. I'll keep looking.....
