I've thought about this. I don't have any photos of the steps, but
if I think of it when making one of the last 2-3 batches of adapters,
I'll do it. To make them the way I do them, though, is complicated:
it takes 8 tools, good soldering skills, and even a little Hammond
Oil!

This is less likely. I just don't have the free time. I get home
after 7PM most nights, and don't have a lot of "spare" time. If list
members have questions, though, I'll try to answer them.
