Subject: Re: [CWSG] Case for XK-1

Any suggestions on a good case for the Hammond Suzuki XK-1, either hard
shell or soft cover? I only cart the organ around a couple of times a month in a
SUV. I presently am using a Guitar Center quality soft case which is really
a little big. (Apparently, the board is too big for a 61 key bag and too
short for a 76 key bag). I am looking for something really made for the organ
which is not as long. Although I am not completely opposed to a hard shell
case, I am concerned about weight. My Yamaha S-90 hardshell case is so heavy
that carting the thing around along with the board is not pleasant. And I
don't want to spend $400 on a case. $200 max is my goal if that is realistic.
Tell me if I am not being realistic. Are there lightweight hardshell cases
which don't cost a fortune? I don't need a flight qualified ATA case meant
to be dropped down a flight of stairs and survive.

Rick
