Back in 2004, I ordered a bunch of them from Interpower Corporation
(www.interpower.com). The phone number was (800) 662-2290.

For Korg and Yamaha gear, the part number you need is 70403070305.
For Roland gear, the part number is 70403050305.

I don't know which one you'd need for Hammond gear, but they have
very good drawings and photos on their website.

By the way, back in 2004 the cords I bought were $6.61 each.
