It actually sounds fantastic. Until recently I had a Leslie 122, and
to be honest I prefer the sound of this little thing -- at least for
at-home listening! Another big plus is the portability. Yes, it's a
12" speaker. the original was a 12" JBL, which turned out to be a
rare and valuable speaker that I sold on eBay for over
$300....essentially paying for the Leslie and all materials I used to
restore it! I replaced the speaker with an Eminence Texas Heat,
which sounds great.
