Tom, the key contact stacks in the manuals are the heaviest component,
followed by the drawbar assembly and the keys and key channels. I've
been weighing all the little bits and pieces as I disassemble the
keyboards and have made this estimate based on that. I will probably
exceed that weight when all is said and done, but we will see.

The XK-3 is really heavy - 43 lbs. WTF? The entire Nord C-1 double
manual organ is only 33 lbs. I believe I can bring the top manual /
drawbar piece in at the same weight or less.

The XK Pro lower manual is also somewhat heavy for what it contains -
about 29 lbs. I should be able to meet or beat that.

We'll see!
