That is for saving you the trouble of having to mouse over the URL
generated by tinyURL, selecting it and pressing Ctrl-C to copy it:
The site puts it automatically on your clipboard after generating the
tiny url so you can paste it in your list post right away.

Enough about tinyurl now, let's all use it for copying links to the
list.
