Used in conjunction with a 3300, it will give me the sound of an Old
Hammond Tone Cab and a Leslie (like a 145). If you've ever heard or
played a big Hammond console with a Leslie and a Tone cab, it's
stupefying. You can do your own shout and response by selecting back
and forth from the Leslie to the tone cab. You can hit a crescendo and
then suddenly have the Leslie come on across the room to really add
dimension to your sound. It will be great fun to have this replicated
with modern equipment.

The first big Hammond I heard and actually got to play myself (in
1964) was an RT3 with a Leslie 145 and and a Hammond PR-40 tone cab.
To do it right you need another half-moon that selects from one or the
other or both cabs at the same time (Main/Ensemble/Echo). That's the
sound I've been chasing for a long time. I finally got it 40+ years later.
