Please don't take this wrong but to make sure I am clear on your statement you don't feel that there is any need for clinics or workshops or a gear show? Just be able to buy it and return it? Also, would you please expand a little on the terms some policy. Understand that not every company is the size of a brand R or Y or retailer like G.C.
