Maybe that's why Prince had a plexi leslie and B3....

Sad to say being behind a large instrument is akin to being in a wheel
chair. No offense to any physically challenged forumites.

Audiences like to see the whole enchilada...is there a pun in there
somewhere...? or is this where someone yells. "put a sock in it!" More
puns??

But don't let the need to be a showman behind an organ get you down. I
once saw a B3 player pick up his B and tilt it on it's side and played
the thing like an accordion!!!!!
Oxnard California, in the '70's. If anyone knows who this artist
is/was. He was a big African American and I thought I had seen it all
after watching this highly energetic musician pick up that beast...

Now where was MTV while that was going on?

It's all about the bling....

, and the current crop of musicians are so

video-driven, it's no wonder that Hammonds, even tho all over the place

sonically, are unknown to the non-keyboard player. How many times have
you

watched pro videos where most of the key elements of the music are
ignored

(especially the keys), and the video frenetically jumps to the most
obvious

visual motion, ignoring the actual performance?
