Subject:R: Re: VK8M vibrato/chorus
Thanks to everyone for the kind and helpful attitude. I really got all
kind of information I needed from this wonderful list. I've still one
more question. I was able to assign independent channels to lower,
upper and pedals and from two keyboards, I noticed that it is not
possible to have vibrato or chorus on just one keyboard. If it is on it
is on for both keyboards, if it is off it is off for both keyboards
although I think I was correctly setting each patch for each part in
seq mode. Of course I'd like to have chorus on the upper keyboard and
not on the lower. In the software upgrade this is not mentioned either.

Re: VK8M
Hi Enrico,
You can turn the D-Beam controller on and off by
pressing the button
located just to the right of the D-Beam
controller.
The VK-8M does not allow you to bypass the rotary effect.
But you can
order the VK-8 upgrade from Soundside
(http://www.
soundside.de/shop/vk8upgradepack.htm), which will enable
you to do so.
Hope this helps!
