The B-Free has been around for at least three years, maybe longer. It's an interesting idea, but never really caught on. I think the problem is that it's lighter and smaller than a real B-3, but not exactly small and light. Probably for the best: the concept only works for as long as there are old Hammonds around to part out the TG.

Interesting comment about the key click. That must mean that they have some sort of analog switch bank that triggers all tones at once. That will result in one very loud click, as opposed to the nine spread sounds from a real Hammond key. Of course, this is just a theory ...
