The MidiTzer! Yes, that is pretty good software if you're after that sort
of sound (Having tuned my first pipe at age 8 I like the pipes as well as
the wheels)
I haven't the room or the time, but I have mused about MIDIification of some
old console and running that into a desktop set up with this software. I
think it would be fun!
