Yes - you'd think that there would be a software toggle to
make the XK-3 just play the lower manual. I like having the controller sitting directly on
top of the XK-3 because it is much more like an integrated organ than having a separate
tier. In order to keep the drawbars easily accessible, you have to keep the upper keyboard
an inch or two back from where it would be on a dual manual Hammond, but it seems easy
to adjust to.
Will probably pick up a Doepferat some point to throw on top, but I had the
Axiom-61 laying around and wanted to try it.
