Hi David (and Ryan),
You might want to confirm with a European user, unless you have a 115V model and a step-down transformer. Generally, the fuse rating on electronics goes down at 230V --
115V @ 2A = 230W [seems about right for a 40W tube amp]
230V @ 2A = 460W [seems a bit much, IMHO]
