I don’t think so….it seems to me that the Midi In is only for lower manual (I’m not at home to verify, but I do believe that’s the case….in fact, the jacks I think are labeled as such).

I've just advertised my B4D and wondered whether any-one could advise

I have a Hammond XM-2 module and I found that through midi and without
tweaking, the B4D operates the module's upper drawbars.
So I wondered whether it would be a useful addition to an XK-1 keyboard
rig if it can be used similarly to control the upper drawbars if the XK-
1 is set-up so that it's own drawbars are used for lower drawbar
control?
From a photo of the XK-1 it looks like it might be a neat fit on the
right-hand side of the keyboard.
