For me it's NOT about needing a leslie sim, the Nord C1 is phenomenal
in this respect. Its about getting a slightly more naturally warmer
sound off my backline. The C1's overdrive works pretty well to a
point, better than most i've heard, but there's still something
missing compared to my 145. The biggest problem i have with the Nord
though, is when i use the Vox/farfisa sounds, which are great, but
they need some serious taming. Using a guitar or PA amp they become a
sonic weapon.
